Lemon Law. The Florida New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board is resuming its arbitration hearing schedule. For the immediate future, to ensure the health and safety of all attendees, hearings will be held via video teleconference. Cases remaining from 2019 will be heard by the Board first; cases filed in 2020 will then be heard in the approximate order in which the requests for arbitration were approved.
